BOSI - Bank of Scotland Ireland

FKM was responsible for installation of all HVAC systems in Bank of Scotland’s purpose built Irish Headquarters.  Located in a conservation area on Dublin’s St. Stephen’s Green the building comprises 11,500 sq. m (126,000 sq. ft).

FKM were initially engaged by the building’s owners to carry out the mechanical services on a design/build basis as a speculative office block. Prior to construction commencement Bank of Scotland agreed to lease the entire building and FKM’s role was amended to that of carrying out an enhanced installation incorporating the complete tenant fit-out.

FKM were responsible for co-ordination of all services in relation to this project.
