Founded in 1983 GAM provides investment portfolio management services to clients across the globe. With over 900 staff and 9 international offices GAM is also recognised as a world leader in hedge fund investment management. In 2007 GAM appointed FKM to design, manage & construct a new Irish operations base to enable GAM to enhance & expand it’s operations in Dublin.

FKM were directly appointed by GAM and the entire project was successfully completed on a Fast-Track basis.
