Fenergo – Office Fit Out
FKM were engaged on a design & build services basis by Fenergo for Ground, First & Basement works to Castleforbes House, Dublin 1.
This project was an office fit out construction, consisting of contemporary entrance reception area with adjacent meeting rooms & training rooms. The Ground and First floor open office area consisted of cellular offices, meeting rooms, phone booths & collaboration spaces with a large canteen area with games zone also on the first floor.
Works also included toilet block alterations, refurbishments and construction of basement shower block.
The interior design brief for this project called for a professional and contemporary space with a mix of functional collaboration spaces and funky breakout areas. A ‘company history walk’ route was devised to the boardroom to help potential clients get an understanding of Fenergo & their services.
