FKM appointed to assist Asavie in their growth plans!

The FKM Group are delighted to announce our appointment as Design & Project Managers for the relocation of Asavie from their current location in Fleming Court to their new home on Mount Street.

FKM Sponsor The Temple Street Handicap Hurdle

The FKM Group were proud to have sponsored the recent Fairyhouse Hurdle Race in aid of the Temple Street Hospital.

Appointment of our FM Division on the Powerscourt Hotel Refurbishment!

The FKM Group are excited to be working with Tetrarch on the refurbishment of over 200 bedrooms within the Powerscourt Hotel, Co. Wicklow. 

The Powerscourt Hotel is an outstanding luxury five star hotel in Ireland and is set amidst one of the most scenic and historic estates in the country. We are delighted to be working within such a prestigious hotel aiding in the deliverance of outstanding hospitality accommodation. 

FKM appointed on Kestrel House!

The redevelopment of Kestrel House on Clanwilliam Place, Dublin 2 has commenced on site and The FKM Group are pleased to announce our appointment to the Building Services for the development. 

The development is a new 8 storey office building replacing the existing Kestrel House which was recently demolished. The new office building has been designed to an extremely high standard, including LEED gold standard and a BER rating of A3, and is being constructed and coordinated on site utilising the BIM process (Building Information Modeling).
