Mobile phone operator O2 runs its entire Irish operations from this six storey office block located in the heart of Ireland's financial & administrative centre.

FKM were responsible for the installation of all HVAC systems utilising chilled beams throughout the building. In addition FKM were also charged with co-ordination of all building services in relation to the project.
