Pfizer

Location: Citywest, Dublin 24.     Area: 25,000 sq ft

This project incorporated the relocation of Pfizer sales teams from three sites to one new location. Initially FKM advised on the facility brief, completed a review in relation to alternative location options and completed a condition report prior to the client purchasing the facility in its shell standard.

Once the facility was acquired FKM carried out the full design & fit-out of the facility adhering to both local and corporate Pfizer requirements (including full sprinkler retro-fit). The facility hosts the Pfizer sales force within Ireland and consequently provides a high level of office and meeting accommodation together with such elements as a gym for staff use. The FKM project management team worked closely with Pfizer management staff to ensure the whole staff relocation process was completed in a seamless fashion.
