BLM is an insurance risk and commercial law firm with both a domestic and international focus.
This project comprised of the complete CAT A and CAT B fit out of an office space, 24,500sq.ft. over three floors in the award winning Pelham House in Dublin 18, together with relocation services from the existing office space in Dundrum.
FKM were engaged on a design coordination & build services basis by Iterum Therapeutics for the fit out of their 5,300sq.ft. third-floor project to Block 2, Harcourt Centre, Dublin 2 to consist of office space with ancillary service areas.
FKM were engaged on a design coordination & build services basis by Tenable for the fit out of their 8,000sq.ft. refurbished warehouse on 81B Sir John Rogerson’s Quay, to consist of office space for 70+ persons with ancillary service areas.
FKM were engaged on a design coordination & build services basis by Zoetis for the fit out of their 18,000sq.ft. second floor project to Building 10 Cherrywood Business Park, Dublin 18 to consist of office space for 80+ persons with ancillary service areas.
Zendesk Ground Floor
Zendesk re-engaged The FKM group for the fitout of their Dublin HQ ground floor. Key features included a new canteen/event space including a games area, open office area with acoustic felt wall panelling & whiteboards., large island breakfast bar with integrated storage, exposed ceiling with feature lighting, 'blackboard' paint cabinetry and a feature reclaimed oak board wall with company logo.
Asavie Technologies Limited
The FKM Group carried out architectural design, services engineering design, cost control, project management move & migrations for Asavie who relocated to their new 20,000sqft Dublin HQ spread over 4 floors of 100 Mount Street, Dublin.
A 22,000sq.ft office fit out construction, consisting of contemporary entrance reception area with adjacent meeting rooms & training rooms.
FKM were contracted by Storyful to deliver their new office location at 76 Baggot Street, Dublin which consisted of an office space which accommodates 92 people along with ancillary service areas.
The project involved stripping back an existing building to a bare shell to allow for a new redevelopment of the premises for 370 people in the field of online backup to operational software.
FKM were contracted by Zalando on a Management Contracting remit to deliver their new Irish HQ office on Barrow Street.
FKM were engaged to co-ordinate and install the mechanical services and highlights include the installation of a Variable Refrigerant Flow System (VRF) and Dirivent Activent system.
The project consisted of an office fit out over 4 floors in the original 1860’s Quaker Building at 66/67 Strand Street, Dublin 1.
FKM’s latest project for Forest Labs included mechanical upgrades works, including steam mains and plant. This was a re-engagement having worked with Forest Labs in 2011 and we have been involved with many project upgrades for Forest Labs since their initial installation. The project included the installation of mechanical services to Accela Cota machines, Fluid bed dryers, Fluid Regenerative Thermal Oxidiser (RTO) and adjacent Glatt Exhaust, and the installation of AHU'S, Chillers, Condensers, Compressed Air, Purified Water and mechanical services.
The FKM Group were engaged by Cadence to relocate their 75 staff to Block S, Eastpoint Business Park, Dublin 3 on a design & build remit.
The FKM Group were engaged by Calypso Technology to create a dynamic and vibrant workspace for their primary Dublin office.
LogMeIn engaged FKM to assist them with their business relocation and expansion to the first floor of Dublin’s Bloodstone Building on a Design & Management Contracting basis.
The FKM Group were engaged on a Design & Build Services basis to fit out the ground floor unit of a high profile Dublin City modern office unit.
The FKM Group were engaged to provide design and management contracting services for I-RES to establish their new headquarters in Lazer Lane, Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2.
The FKM Group were engaged by Atos to design and build their new Dublin office. As per the client’s brief, we created a bright and open workspace for 100 + staff which includes a mix of open office desks and segregated project team spaces.

The FKM Group were engaged for Design and Construction Management services to fit out two floors of a conventional commercial building, incorporating a funky design which included many focal design points.
The FKM Group were engaged to provide design, project management and construction management services to SurveyMonkey, assisting in their establishment of a new European base in Dublin at 2 Shelbourne Buildings, Ballsbridge.
The FKM Group were engaged to provide design, project management and construction management services to GILT, assisting in their Irish expansion in Dublin and Limerick.
The FKM Group were engaged as Project and Construction Managers to assist Zendesk with their expansion and relocation to One Grand Parade, Ranelagh, Dublin 6.
The FKM Group were engaged on a combined remit on behalf of both the property landlord and Savills to provide a turnkey fit-out for the relocation and migration of approx. 180 staff into a 22,000 sq.ft period property with protected structure status.
The FKM Group were engaged on a Design and Construct basis and delivered the project from inception to completion over an 18 month timeframe. This project, approximately 25,000 square feet at Maryland House, South William Street, Dublin 2 involved the consolidation of the AA from three properties into two housing over 300 staff.
Investec took over and merged & integrated the NCB Bank/Stockbrokers from the IFSC in Dublin. Migrations & Programming with minimal disruption over a 20 week period was a key to this project which completely overhauled 4 floors of the landmark Harcourt Building.

BNP Paribas Real Estate Ireland has developed into one of Ireland’s most successful Commercial Property Consultancies. BNP Paribas Real Estate is a subsidiary of the leading Global Banking and Financial Institution, BNP Paribas.
Established in 2000, Realex Payments is a leading European online payment gateway, headquartered in Dublin with offices in London and Paris. The company outgrew their existing facility in Monkstown and decided to move their entire operation to Sir John Rogersons Quay close to Dublin City Centre.
BNP Securities Services
In March 2012 BNP Securities Services engaged FKM to carry out their company move to a new premise after FKM carried out several successful fitouts including an office fit-out for their Sister Companies BNP Paribas Real Estate and a Data Centre construct for BNP Paribas Dublin Branch.
In 2011 Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance engaged FKM to assist in selection through Due Diligence and Building evaluation, their new offices at Trinity Point, Dublin. The project brief was to design a new working environment for 28 staff including a large board room, meeting room & break out areas.
Ixia engaged FKM to design & build their new offices in La Touche House. The primary focus was to create a vibrant workspace which allowed for the installation of company branding & artwork.
FKM were engaged by Colgate-Palmolive to restructure their existing offices at Citywest. The aim of the project was to re-organise teams and create a more collaborative work environment to improve productivity through interaction.
Commissioner of Irish Lights
In 2006 FKM were engaged to carry out the entire mechanical services installation for the redevelopment of the headquarters for the Commissioners of Irish Lights. The new building is an iconic landmark which integrates into its marine surroundings for both visual and sustainable effect.
Wexford County Council
The award winning design for Wexford Co. Council’s new offices includes an “internal street” from which all the departments are accessed. This street brings together all the the individual departments while giving each department their own space.
In 2009 Beazley engaged FKM to design & fit out their new headquarters in Dublin. Their new facility was to operate as a working office with high emphasis on the board Room Suite which incorporated 3 large board rooms and waiting areas finished to a high standard.
FKM were engaged by our client to design and build their new offices at Citywest. The primary focus was to create a flexible and practical working environment to suit current and future needs and make optimum use of the limited space available.
Environmental Protection Offices – Wexford
In 2012 FKM were engaged as mechanical contractors for the new Offices of the EPA. For the design of their new offices the EPA strived to lead by example and prove that intelligent design can make a real effect on sustainability and environmental impact.
The project design and project management was undertaken by FKM which involved utilising the well known Etihad branding throughout the clean contemporary office design that our Design Studio undertook.
FKM undertook the extensive installation and co-ordination which includes Supply & Extract air, Dirivent Ductwork, Water Services, Drainage, Heating Pipework & Soils and Wastes.
FKM was engaged to carry out the mechanical services installation on a phased basis including active chilled beam/ four pipe fan coil air conditioning systems to the Developer’s specification together with engineering of all mechanical elements along with the electrical and structural elements throughout the project.
Uniphar Head Office
The mechanical works consists of the installation of Supply & Extract Air, Chilled Water, LPHW, Water Services, & Sprinkler Systems and includes co-ordination of all mechanical, electrical & structural elements.
