  • Zendesk Ground Floor

    The Client:

    Zendesk is a cloud-based customer services company that provide a range of services such as customer support, ticketing and self-service options used by over 40,000 organisations in 140 countries.

    Description of Project:

    This project scope included the fitout of ground floor area & minor upper floor modifications of the existing Dublin HQ.  The floor plate was split into 2 zones, the new canteen/event space and open office area with associated meeting & comms rooms.  This project was a continuation of the ongoing successful Zendesk & The FKM Group relationship.

    Highlights Include:

    · Consolidation of 2 upper floor canteens into one larger ground floor canteen /event space.

    · The canteen & event space features a games area, large island breakfast bar with integrated storage, exposed ceiling with feature lighting, oak veneer open shelving, 'blackboard' paint cabinetry and a feature reclaimed oak board wall with company logo. 

    · The office area mainly followed the brief of previous fitouts, again with some evolving design features such as modified acoustic felt wall panelling & whiteboards.
