  • Fenergo

    The Client:
    Fenergo is an award-winning provider of Client Lifecycle Management, Regulatory Onboarding and Client & Counterparty Data Management software solutions for financial institutions spanning capital markets, investment, corporate and private banks.

    Description of Project:
    This project was a 22,000 sq.ft office fit out construction, consisting of contemporary entrance reception area with adjacent meeting rooms & training rooms. Works also included toilet block alterations, refurbishments and construction of basement shower block.

    Highlights Include:
    Open plan ground and first floor office space consisting of  cellular offices, meeting rooms, phone booths & collaboration spaces with a large canteen area and games zone.

    The interior design brief for this project called for a professional and contemporary space with a mix of functional collaboration spaces and funky breakout areas. A ‘company history walk’ featured on boardroom wall to help potential clients get an understanding of Fenergo and their services.
