Our Work
Change Management
Thinking for Change:
The most common form of ‘change management’ on a fit out project is when something of significance changes the planned delivery date, the expected cost or the resources required. FKM’s project managers will work with you to assess the impact on the project, adjust the construction plan, and ensure everyone is onboard.
A structured approach to managing the people side ensures that individuals within the design team, site team, and client team embrace the change. A structured process and set of tools for leading the people side of change requires a deliberate and targeted set of actions to move from the old plan to the new plan, ensuring business benefits are realised, well after the project is handed over.
Health & Safety
Driving a culture of compliance:
Getting the safety culture right means individuals on site, including subcontractors and client teams will spot and call attention to hazards, challenge when standards aren’t right, and be engaged in improvement. Leadership, incentivisation and reward of safe behaviours and audit, assurance and review, all drive a culture of safety on FKM sites.
