Client's objectives
Our client’s objectives were to not only refurbish their office space but also enhance the character of the historic building to include original timber floors, feature timber staircase, and steel beams. In addition, Etsy were very focused on high quality, sustainable craft work and specialist joinery to reflect their own brand and offering.
Scope of work
Etsy asked for a refurbishment over four floors at their office on Strand Street Great Dublin 1. The office space needed to include cellular offices, huddle rooms, and break out areas.
Unique challenges of the project
All materials used on the project had to be sustainable in order to comply with Etsy’s stringent Environmental Policy.
