3rd floor fit out project to Block 2, Harcourt Centre, Dublin 2 to consist of 12 number cellular offices and 20 open office workstations with associated phone booths, meeting rooms, canteen, tea station, print station and comms/storeroom.
The project includes alterations and additions to the existing mechanical AC system with individual controls to cellular offices, power & data installations, as well as the installation of bespoke joinery items to the reception area, canteen and print station.
Reception area tailored to our client’s needs with a soft seated waiting area, feature lighting, illuminated logo and a product display wall. A weeping curve print station & recycling centre. Cellular offices are accentuated with a cascading wall paint scheme. Tea station materials feature herringbone pattern metro wall tiles, wood laminate cabinetry, acrylic worktops and brass pendent lights.
